Founded in 1967 in Como, Italy, Giamminola & C.S.p.A. is the historical seat of ITG Group.

In 2008 the seat was strategically transferred to the modern installations located in Shanghai.

The company has expanded, during the 1990s, with the establishment of technical and commercial subsidiaries: from Europe to Africa, from Central and South America to Asia.

Today, the Group comprises fifteen divisions and is represented by agencies and distributors in four continents. ITG GROUP has evolved into and international enterprise, capable of offering high standards parts, accessories and services to its customers.
